The four-year Bachelor of Education with Business Studies is designed to prepare ethically grounded, pedagogically competent, and contextually responsive educators who can contribute meaningfully to Zambia’s educational and socio-economic develop-ment. The programme reflects Africa Wesleyan University College’s commitment to integrating Christian ethics, professional integrity, and community responsiveness into all facets of teacher preparation. As Zambia’s secondary-school system continues to expand its focus on business-related learning—such as commerce, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy—there is a growing need for teachers who can interpret curriculum accurately, teach effectively across diverse contexts, and support learners through inclusive, evidence-based instructional practices.
Entry Requirements
Five (5) O-Level credits in relevant subjects, including English Language.
